Rainbow fluorite is one of those crystals I always go back to. Its energy is fresh, cleansing and relaxing. Known as an emotional equaliser, it helps calm the mind and cleanse the entire chakra system. It is one of the best stones for beginner meditators as it is helpful in learning to move past the chatter that our minds tend to generate when first learning to meditate. Once you are able to move past the chatter into deeper mediation this can give access to cosmic truth, and attune to spirit guides or animal totems. Fluorite is a highly protective and stabilising stone, useful for grounding and harmonising spiritual energy.
