SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
Tracking is available if selected at checkout.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way, please check your junk email folder in case it is in there. If you selected tracked shipping you will receive a second dispatch email (usually within 24 hours) with updated tracking information.

  • UK DOMESTIC
    Items sent within the UK should be expected between 1 and 4 working days after dispatch confirmation. 

  • INTERNATIONAL
    We ship worldwide. International orders can take anywhere between 4 days and 12 weeks to arrive (depending on your location) but it's usually fairly quick. We ALWAYS recommend selecting a tracked method at checkout for peace of mind.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is on its way, please check your junk email folder in case it is in there.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet - what should I do?
If you are within the UK and have not received your order within 5 days of dispatch please get in touch with us.
If you are outside the UK and have been waiting in excess of 5 weeks we recommend checking with your local post office as they might be holding your package.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are unhappy, refunds can be made within a 4 day grace period of receiving the item. Once the item is received by us (in the same condition it was sent), the money will be refunded - minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs are at customers expense. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipping, so we highly recommend sending returns with insurance and a tracking number. Any damages reported after the grace period is regular wear and tear. The item will not be refunded.

*Refunds are not available for custom made pieces; for example, a necklace with a fixed 15" cord.


CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

All pieces are handmade and should be treated with care. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted if an item is broken due to neglect or mistreatment. Be aware that stones are fragile and can easily break or chip if hit against a hard surface or dropped. We are unable to repair a stone should it become damaged so please wear with care.

Please be aware that all darkened/oxidized silver will likely become brighter with wear, just as polished silver tends to oxidize with time.

All pieces are handmade so please allow for slight surface flaws or inconsistencies.

Hand Knotted Necklaces
When properly cared for your hand knotted necklace will last a lifetime. If at any point you break some of the stones and would like to have your necklace restrung, we offer that at a £60 restringing fee plus shipping costs.


SIZING

We strongly recommended that you get your ring finger professionally sized by a local jeweller. Please be sure of your ring size before placing an order. 
We do not resize rings but your local jeweller should offer this service. 
Because of the way some pieces are designed and created, it doesn’t always allow for resizing.
