Service was brilliant - I was contacted individually to sort out some confusion over the silver chain - thank you Tom.
However, I was disappointed with the size of the crystal heart - felt it could have been larger ( difficult even to see it at this size )!
See actual size photo - I feel your marketing is deceptive on this.
Thanks for your review, Jo. The last thing we would want to do is deceive people into thinking they are larger than they are! We include the measurements of the heart in each listing (6mm) and try to show as many pictures as possible against hands and neck in order to show their accurate size.

Bought this for my daughter. I like that I could pick my necklace length. The heart is stunning...small but perfectly shaped. The smoky quartz is a gorgeous colour. My daughter loves this and has worn is every day. Thank you
