- Condition of Item: Items should be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

A Few Things to Note
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless they are found to be faulty.
- Personalised and Custom-Length Items: Returns are not accepted for items made to custom lengths, as these are crafted to your specific requirements. If there is a fault with your custom piece, please reach out for assistance.
- Return Postage: The responsibility for return postage lies with you. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items that are damaged or lost in transit. Please keep your postage receipt until we confirm receipt of your goods.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive your item, we'll promptly notify you by email and process your exchange or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 days to appear in your account.
